Which includes: Initial Parent telephone call (30 mins) School Observation Home Assessment Sensory Standardised Assessment Clinical Observations (including fine and gross motor skills) Full report including EHCP Recommendations if required Ideal for: Understanding and unpicking a child's needs in different settings Putting together recommendations to support a child at both home and school

Following on from an assessment with KC Occupational Therapy, I can offer treatment sessions should you wish to access this. These can be at home or school, and can target any of the areas identified during our assessment. Sessions are 1 hour for a block of 6 weeks following which time we will review. If you have accessed an OT assessment elsewhere, I may be able to offer treatment however a copy of this assessment will need to be sent before sessions are agreed.
